Picanha & Camarão (Surf-N-Turf

Charbroiled, top-cut sirloin and 3 jumbo shrimps prepared in white wine, lime, mushroom, & red pepper flake sauce; served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Camarão na Moranga
Baked, acorn squash stuffed with an acorn, rock-shrimp cream sauce and garnished with a jumbo shrimp; served with rice.
Frango Leblon
Sautéed, boneless-chicken filets in a white wine, mushroom sauce with pineapples and grapes; served over pique mashed potatoes.
